Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medication Aide to join our team at SR COMPANIES LLC. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition to supervisors
  • Participate in leisure activities and events to promote resident engagement
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Medicine Technician (Med-Tech) certification required
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
