Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Quantum Real Estate Management LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical condition of our properties is safe, attractive, and clean at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Maintain cordial and professional relationships with staff members, residents, and external partners.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with the property manager to prioritize work orders and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with move-in and move-out procedures to ensure a smooth transition for residents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Property Manager.
Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of power, water, and gas turnoffs, clean-out traps, fire extinguishers, and fire hydrants.
  • Ability to satisfy service requests per work orders, following company procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
Working Conditions

The Maintenance Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to physical demands, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. The ability to work in a variety of weather conditions is also required.
