About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our Agile scrum team within Fidelity Enterprise Technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure software solutions that meet the needs of our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop full-stack applications using Java, Python, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Work with Docker/Kubernetes and container-based development and deployment practices.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using uDeploy and similar tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement modern data architecture solutions.
  • Develop expertise in Azure/AWS and Event Driven Architecture Kafka, Webhooks.
  • Apply Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery and software design, development, test, and operational automation principles.
  • Design and develop contact center or similar products.
  • Troubleshoot complex data issues across the e2e technology stack.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using JUnit, Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, Jest, etc.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of modern data architecture, experience with NoSQL databases a plus.
  • Expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery and software design, development, test, and operational automation.
  • Ability to work independently and professionally in high-pressure situations.
