Lead Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Randstad US. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software applications using a full stack approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications using Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, and Java/Spring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain high-quality software applications that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our team remains competitive.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in full stack development using a variety of technologies.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
