Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Reporting and Auditing: Prepare and review daily reports, including revenue reports, guest statistics, and other relevant data.
  • Security and Safety: Conduct security walks to ensure the hotel's safety and security, and respond to any incidents or emergencies.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with other hotel staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Windows operating systems and company-approved spreadsheets.
