Job Title: Senior Application Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our web and API applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct application penetration testing on web and API applications to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
  • Develop and implement secure coding practices and secure software development methodologies to prevent common application security vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security tools and processes into the DevOps pipeline.
  • Design and implement secure architectures for web applications, including authentication and authorization protocols, cryptography, and automation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise as an Application Security Engineer or similar role.
  • Experience with security assessment tools and techniques, such as static code analysis, dynamic application testing, and penetration testing.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Application Security Testing Techniques, including vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and ethical hacking.
  • Proficiency with security tools and technologies, such as Burp.
  • Experience working with at least one scripting language, such as Python, Bash, or JavaScript.
