About the Role:

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in food preparation and cooking tasks, overseeing kitchen activities, and ensuring quality service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Leadership: Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking tasks to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train food service associates, including scheduling, performance management, and providing guidance on food handling and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations: Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards, ensuring proper food handling and presentation, and monitoring inventory levels and product deliveries.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and product deliveries, notifying management of shortages and ensuring timely restocking.
