We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soliant Health in the Rio Rancho area. As an Occupational Therapist with Soliant Health, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals by providing exceptional occupational therapy services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their occupational therapy goals.
- Provide therapy services to clients in a school setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and educators to optimize client outcomes and facilitate successful transitions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and communication with other healthcare professionals.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of New Mexico.
- Prior experience working as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- IEP experience preferred but not required.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
