Job Summary:

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills. As a Housekeeper at Extended Stay Rio Rancho, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of our guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing supplies, and ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Public Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and other common spaces.
  • Cart Preparation: Prepare and stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies, including cleaning products, linens, and guest amenities.
  • Deep Cleaning: Conduct deep cleaning activities in guest rooms, including tasks such as changing air filters, cleaning air conditioning coils, and touching up paint or furniture.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is necessary to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required to interact with guests and other staff members.
  • Physical Ability: The ability to lift, bend, and move heavy objects is necessary for this role.
