We are currently seeking an experienced Ecommerce Performance Optimization Expert with a strong background in Adobe Commerce (Magento) to join our vibrant Marketing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and enhancing site usability and performance, translating data insights into actionable strategies to improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate site usability and performance, converting data into actionable insights.
Provide analysis on site performance metrics, user behavior, and strategies for conversion rate enhancement.
Conduct regular testing and optimization of site performance according to a structured testing schedule.
Collaborate with development teams to address potential issues, ensuring minimal disruption to site functionality.
Leverage both on-platform and off-platform data to improve site search capabilities.
Implement and refine SEO strategies to boost site visibility and improve organic search rankings.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of demonstrated experience with Adobe Commerce/Magento.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with MarTech trends and best practices is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
