Job Title: Senior Project Manager

StructureCare, a division of The High Companies, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from sales support to project execution, to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project execution, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and technical specifications.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve financial objectives.
  • Provide regular forecasts of project financial performance and manage cash flow through timely invoicing and prompt cash collection.
  • Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, leveraging StructureCare's workload to negotiate schedule and pricing.
  • Develop vendor utilization strategies to maximize profitability on all projects.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to project managers and assistant project managers.
  • Monitor project performance regarding cost and quality, and provide routine and as-needed communication to High management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a preference for experience in the concrete and restoration industry.
  • 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience with SAP, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam software systems.
  • Demonstrated competency in successful project management of larger and more complex projects.
  • Demonstrated competency in strong problem-solving, negotiation, and business management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid state driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Minimum insurance requirements to be fulfilled per vehicle allowance policy.
