Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Estrem & Co. in Tampa. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring successful delivery within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Participate in vendor selection processes and manage ongoing relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures and participate in resolving quality issues as they arise.
  • Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving disputes or issues through negotiation, arbitration, or litigation if necessary.
  • Contract Management: Support the management of engagement contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon schedules and deliverables.
  • Delegation: Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to appropriate personnel, empowering them to contribute to project success.
