Job Title: Senior Environmental Project Manager

Verdantas is seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Project Manager to join our Southeast Area team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary projects, overseeing project teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure effective communication with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with company and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Geology/Hydrogeology from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 15 years of project management experience in environmental consulting or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong technical knowledge of environmental regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
