Requirements
  • High school degree or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of property management experience preferred; shopping center industry experience a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and drive business decisions.
  • Strategic business orientation with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing business needs.
