Quincy Medical Group is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. As a leading healthcare provider in West Central Illinois, Southeast Iowa, and Northeast Missouri, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Specialist will conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and create individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal mental and emotional health.
This is a salaried, exempt position with a normal work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work location is in Quincy, IL.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, and be proactive in documentation. A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required, along with eligibility to sit for LPC or LSW licensure or hold a valid LCSW or LCPC license in the state.
Experience working with people and excellent writing skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.
