Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Deployment Specialist to join our team at Advantage Technical. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the seamless deployment of software changes into our test and production systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist business departments in defining and submitting deployment requests.
  • Coordinate with development, support, and business teams to plan and schedule deployments.
  • Develop and manage test deployment scripts for use on TEST and PROD implementations.
  • Implement deployments during scheduled timeframes, troubleshoot issues, and document results.
  • Define and follow standards and best practices for systems design, testing, and implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software deployment environments.
  • Proven experience in system deployment, preferably in complex enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication skills.
