Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to tenants, prospective residents, and service providers
- Assist in leasing operations, including conducting property showings and managing lease applications
- Address tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or disputes that may occur
- Perform data entry to maintain precise tenant records and property details
- Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
- Ensure adherence to fair housing laws and other relevant regulations
- Support the administration of housing assistance programs, as applicable
- Aid the property manager in coordinating maintenance requests and repairs
- Assist in drafting lease agreements, contracts, and other property-related documentation
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or property management is advantageous
- Strong conflict resolution skills to effectively manage tenant concerns
- Familiarity with property leasing processes and procedures
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable using various software tools
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
