Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Stock Yards Bank & Trust. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to achieve assigned goals through exceptional service and needs-based selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of branch personnel to achieve sales and service goals
  • Oversee office operations, including cash handling, customer service, and administrative tasks
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer relationships and increase sales
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in bank policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of retail banking experience, including 1+ year of lending experience
  • Proven supervisory experience and ability to motivate others
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances
