Position Overview

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the community, ensuring a harmonious environment where residents can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of wellness, teamwork, and respect among residents and staff.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated team of healthcare and hospitality professionals.
  • Collaborate with corporate operations to establish efficient processes across the organization.
  • Manage the community's financial performance, including budget oversight and expense management.
  • Work alongside the Senior Living Consultant to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Support the Director of Health and Wellbeing in operational and customer service functions.
  • Ensure exceptional dining experiences by partnering with food and beverage leadership.
  • Address resident and guest concerns to maintain high standards of customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid license as an Assisted Living Director in Minnesota or have the ability to obtain one.
  • A Bachelor's degree in healthcare, hospitality, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of leadership experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Experience in senior services is highly desirable.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and maximize financial performance.
  • Strong dedication to customer service and the wellbeing of residents and team members.
