Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate records of client payments and invoices
- Process and verify client payments, ensuring timely and accurate payment
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our billing and payroll software
- Review and reconcile client payments and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identify and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues in a timely and professional manner
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related field or experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing and payroll software
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with internal teams and clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to maintain accurate records and reports
- 1+ years of experience in a related field, such as accounting or finance
- Experience with billing and payroll software, including Varasset
- Excellent attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
