Job Title: Community Director

Reep Residential is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Director to join our team. As a Community Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential communities, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our properties are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interview, select, hire, and train on-site staff members, including mentoring and training on property management skills and concepts.
  • Motivate, direct, and evaluate personnel, handling employee-related concerns while measuring against established community goals.
  • Organize and prepare monthly staff responsibilities, achieving set deadlines to be efficient and effective with property objectives.
  • Ensure that all staff members are professional in conduct and appearance daily.
  • Oversee and direct all administrative duties in accordance with company policy.
  • Improve resident retention by shopping comps, preparing market surveys to generate traffic, and overseeing resident functions.
  • Obtain the best vendors for each product and maintain all vendor/contractor communications regarding scheduling, billings, and other relations.
  • Physically walk and inspect the community on a daily basis to address corrective landscaping, building, and amenities issues and verify the status of vacant/make-ready units to ensure they meet our standards.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
