Job Overview

Wan Bridge Group is seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential communities. This role is responsible for achieving company standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive lease up goals and maintain community occupancy.
  • Promote resident satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Ensure timely completion of service requests and oversee maintenance tasks.
  • Manage community reporting, including financial and marketing reports.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs and manage vacant home statuses.
  • Analyze market trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Oversee lease/HOA enforcement and communication with board members.
  • Approve invoices and manage vendor relationships.
  • Conduct daily financial transactions and tasks.
  • Utilize property management software to track unit availability and resident data.
  • Prepare units for leasing and ensure properties meet company standards.
  • Handle inquiries and schedule property tours.
  • Facilitate resident satisfaction through follow-up and communication.
  • Maintain resident files and assist with service requests.
  • Promote positive resident relations and respond to concerns.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety rules.
  • Focus on increasing revenue while controlling expenses.

This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive tenant relationships.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Lease up experience required.
  • REIT or investor reporting experience highly preferred.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in residential property management.
  • Strong leadership experience and proven track record of successful portfolio management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive tenant relationships.
  • Familiarity with property management software and relevant regulations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and manage workload.
