Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Children's Assessment Center (CAC) program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the CAC, including program development, staff supervision, public relations, grant writing, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program strategies to achieve the goals of the CAC
  • Supervise and manage a team of staff members to ensure effective program delivery
  • Write and manage grants to secure funding for the CAC
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure high-quality program delivery
Requirements
  • Masters degree in social work or related field
  • Minimum three years of clinical experience in child protection systems, victim advocacy, program development, and implementation
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of psychosocial, developmental, cultural, medical, legal, and mental health needs surrounding child maltreatment
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English with professional quality
Preferred Qualifications
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or in the process of obtaining an LCSW
  • Experience in grant writing and management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
