Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of foods, including meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and cold food items.
  • Maintain knowledge of and consistently comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies and procedures.
  • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period.
  • Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times.
  • Use safe and hygienic food handling practices.
  • Handle, store, and rotate products properly.
  • Assist in food preparation assignments.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to associates and drivers.
  • Assist with other café-related duties as requested.

Schedule:

The café is open 24/7, Monday through Sunday. We have a 1st shift, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift available. The 2nd shift is from 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

Qualifications:

  • Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or cooking experience.
