Job Opportunity

CED is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator.

This role is responsible for coordinating communication and information between CED, manufacturers, and contractors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Confirming counts between contractors and manufacturers
  • Verifying correct materials are being ordered per approved submittals
  • Archiving, organizing, and saving all project-related documents
  • Providing contractors with shipping details and estimated ship dates
  • Creating shipping documents as contractors release materials to job sites
  • Billing customer invoices for managed projects
  • Processing manufacturer invoices for managed projects
  • Resolving issues that arise
  • Building strong relationships with contractors to secure their business
