Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Part Time Sales Specialist to join our team at ActionLink. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing our client Sonos' amazing audio products at the Best Buy store in Louisville, KY.
This is a seasonal position, working 12 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays, with the possibility of the program being extended into next year. As a Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to elevate your sales skills, experience-driven earnings, and sales bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a dedicated brand influencer, introducing Sonos to customers and promoting their home theater technology.
- Execute sales strategies against program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors.
- Build relationships with store managers and associates, creating a positive impact and increasing Sonos' sales in assigned store.
- Engage the customer, interacting through dazzling product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs.
- Assist and train store personnel, helping them communicate Sonos information with confidence.
- Put Sonos products in the spotlight, displayed perfectly and ready to rock the sales floor.
- Keep the momentum going, knocking-out those call reports the same day as your store visit.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus.
- Be a star, bringing your enthusiastic attitude, strong sales aptitude, and a high degree of initiative.
- Customer-focused, wow them with your interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
- Show them what you know, present Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups.
- Reliable ride, must be able to commute to assigned Best Buy location.
- Physical stamina, able to stand for extended periods of time during shifts and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance.
- Tech-ready, access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet.
