About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team at MGR Real Estate, a full-service brokerage serving Southern California's residential and commercial needs since 1938.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day sales and leases, ensuring seamless execution and maximum returns.

  • Leverage project management skills to prioritize multiple projects and competing priorities.
Requirements
  • Degree from an accredited university.
  • Active real estate license required.
  • Minimum of one to five years of experience in the real estate industry while holding a license.
  • Proven track record in lease administration.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and editing skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and efficiently manage time and tasks.
  • Self-starter with strong consultative and influencing skills.

In this role, you can expect a competitive estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications, plus opportunities for growth and professional development.
