Qualifications:

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects, particularly in the government sector.
3. Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
4. Strong leadership capabilities with a history of guiding successful project teams.
5. Excellent decision-making and strategic planning skills.
6. Proficient in construction project management software.
7. Comprehensive knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
8. Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
11. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM) is advantageous.
