Job Title: Bilingual Intake Specialist

Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage a high-volume intake system, ensuring efficient processing of incoming inquiries.
    • Respond to intakes promptly, maintaining a timely flow of communication.
    • Conduct lead screenings to assess case eligibility and prioritize accordingly.
    • Collaborate with other Legal Intake Specialists to complete special projects and achieve team objectives.
    • Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Requirements:
    • High School Diploma (Minimum requirement)
    • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
