Job Title: Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at the J.D. McCarty Center. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to children with developmental disabilities, birth to 21 years of age.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care by assessing patients, creating care plans, and communicating with the patient, family, and medical team.
  • Develop optimal relationships by providing supervision, support, and assistance to Direct Care staff, and collaborating with the treatment team to meet patient goals.
  • Conduct administrative duties, including attending medical conferences, collecting data for Quality Assurance Performance Improvement, and assisting Nursing Administration.
Requirements:
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or LPN working on either degree, and a license to practice nursing in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • One-year probation period.
  • Good standing with the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
