Pediatric Rehabilitation Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team at the J.D. McCarty Center. As a Pediatric Rehabilitation Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to children with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care by assessing patients and creating individualized care plans that address their unique needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in the initiation, modification, and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or LPN working towards RN licensure, and a license to practice nursing in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and participate in physical activities as needed.
  • One-year probationary period.
  • Good standing with the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
  • Ability to pass COVID screener and participate in periodic COVID testing and protocols.
