Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. As a key member of our Women & Children's department, you will provide comprehensive care to women and children, focusing on restoring optimal physical, emotional, and mental well-being in each unique situation.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other health professionals to assess and analyze patient data
  • Establish goals, plan care strategies, and implement care plans
  • Delegate tasks safely and provide direct and indirect nursing care
  • Perform additional nursing functions beyond basic nursing preparation
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) - Required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
  • Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) - Preferred
  • 1 year of experience in inpatient pediatrics - Required
  • BLS - Required
  • PALS - Required
