Job Title: Pediatric Rehabilitation Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team at the J.D. McCarty Center in Oklahoma. As a Pediatric Rehabilitation Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to children with developmental disabilities, birth to 21 years of age.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, assessing patients and creating individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve treatment goals.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of nursing care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct administrative duties, including data collection for quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or LPN working towards RN licensure, with a license to practice nursing in Oklahoma.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • One-year probationary period.
  • Good standing with the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
