Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high-quality imaging standards.
Responsibilities- Review exam orders, consult with radiologists, and schedule patients as needed.
- Prepare patients for radiological procedures, ensuring proper protection and safety.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment, including CT and Angiography scanners.
- Assist in performing daily checks of radiographic imaging equipment and maintain accurate records.
- Enter data and maintain documents as required by departmental QA guidelines and regulatory agencies.
- Maintain adequate stocks of supplies and materials, and report any equipment malfunctions or defects.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment for patients and staff.
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary by supervisory or administrative staff.
- Possession of a current valid license as a General Radiological Technologist issued by the State of New York.
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Radiologist.
- Current membership in the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
