Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinic Assistant Float to join our team at Planned Parenthood of Southern New England, Inc.
Job Summary:The Clinic Assistant Float will provide exceptional patient care and support to our clinicians, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our patients. This role will involve working in various health centers, providing technical and administrative support, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide world-class patient care and support to clinicians, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in health center events to achieve productivity and revenue cycle goals.
- Partner with center managers and clinicians to create efficient systems and processes.
- Perform technical clinical functions, such as blood pressure checks, venipuncture, and lab work.
- Provide factual and unbiased patient information and education.
- Perform basic office functions, including reception, telephone triage, and data entry.
- Solution-oriented and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
