We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at ECHN. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for physician examinations and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Assist with administrative and clinical duties, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and performing various medical procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant certification or experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software.
- Reliable transportation and ability to float to other offices as needed.
This is a full-time position that requires standing, sitting, and lifting light to moderate weights. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
