Job Description

**Domino's Pizza LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team.**

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes:

  • Hiring, Training, and Managing Employees: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and restaurant operations.
  • Customer Service and Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management and Purchasing: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Operational Efficiency and Goal Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to improve workplace efficiency, productivity, and goal achievement.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with managers, customers, and employees to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Acting General Manager: Assume the role of General Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, leadership abilities, and initiative to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Customer Service and Relations: Strong interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and ability to handle customer complaints and concerns.
  • Operational Management: Ability to manage inventory, purchasing, and operational functions, ensuring efficient and effective restaurant operations.
  • Time Management and Organization: Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, lift, carry, push, and climb stairs, as well as perform other physical demands of the job.
