Job Title: Project Manager/Scrum Master

About the Role:
Beacon Hill is seeking a skilled Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading large-scale transformation projects and processes. Your expertise in traditional PM/SM roles, combined with experience in large transformation projects, will be invaluable in helping us automate processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale transformation projects and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project management and Scrum Master roles
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects
- Strong understanding of business processes and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
