Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of medium to large IT projects/programs within the infrastructure space. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving all phases of project direction, goal setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation, and assignments to ensure project goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management of all activities pertaining to project direction, goal setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation, and assignments.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Proactively provide coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams for Project Management best practices, continuous process improvement, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Manage complex IT projects within the infrastructure space, including servers, switches, networks, etc.
  • Work in a PMO environment as a project manager.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Scrum, SAFe Agile.
  • Have knowledge of the Healthcare Industry, IT systems, networks, applications.
  • Have demonstrated experience in executing complex projects over the previous 5-7 years.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a technology area or equivalent experience.
