Position Overview:

The AUM Reporting Analyst will play a crucial role within the Global Business Services team, focusing on the creation of workflows and automation aimed at enhancing efficiency in the generation of assets under management reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead initiatives to automate processes within the Finance GBS team, specifically in the areas of Revenue and AUM reporting.
  • Oversee the month-end AUM reporting processes for a comprehensive global perspective, utilizing tools such as Alteryx and Excel.
  • Develop and maintain automated solutions for GBS processes related to AUM and Revenue, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and review of workflows pertaining to AUM and Revenue reporting.
  • Drive improvements in process workflows and enhance monthly reporting mechanisms.
  • Prepare automation strategies for daily and monthly reporting tailored for business line managers and executive leadership.
  • Assist in the documentation for new account setups within Oracle.
  • Support ad hoc AUM and Revenue reporting requests, both internal and external.
  • Conduct special analyses and tasks as assigned by Finance department leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation requirements for relevant responsibilities.
  • Perform account and variance analyses, identifying discrepancies and documenting findings.
  • Build collaborative relationships with peers and business partners to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Work alongside the Global Shared Service Center to prepare comprehensive AUM and product flow reports.
  • Facilitate the transition of work to offshore shared service centers, including process documentation and training.
  • Provide support to clients regarding responsibilities within the role.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems is preferred; degrees in Accounting or Finance are acceptable with a strong systems/application understanding.

Experience with Alteryx or similar spreadsheet-intensive tasks is highly desirable. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective interaction across various functions and locations.

Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency in financial data review are required.

Adaptability to change is crucial, with experience in international matrix reporting being beneficial.

Proficiency in spreadsheet applications, particularly Excel and Alteryx, is necessary.

Team collaboration skills are critical for success in this role.
