Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Disability Services Coordinator Assistant to join our team at Essex County College.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including managing appointments, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the selected individual will assist with operational details, such as scheduling test proctoring, coordinating workshops, and arranging services with other college areas.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and have a strong ability to work in a diverse environment. A minimum of an Associate's Degree is required, and experience working with students in a student services or client services setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Essex County College offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
