Sales Manager Job Summary

Monday is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Commercial Mid-Market Account Management team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and development within our team by leveraging your expertise in sales leadership and strategy. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes that align with our company's vision.

About This Role
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and develop our account management team
- Analyze data and market trends to inform sales decisions and improve processes
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes

What We Offer
- Competitive compensation range: $138,000-$180,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes, plus discretionary bonus and/or equity opportunities
