Product Connections is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee a team of product samplers inside a Sam's Club location. As a Product Demonstrator Lead, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, recruiting and training new hires, and ensuring seamless execution of in-store product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a team of up to 25 part-time product demonstrators
  • Develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Club management to ensure daily compliance and execution of demonstration operations
  • Conduct regular audits and provide coaching to team members on food safety and customer experience best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading in an execution-centric environment
  • Food safety experience, with fast food experience a plus
  • Excellent customer-facing skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Ability to lift, stand, and move freely in a fast-paced retail environment
