Technical Product Owner

At Datum Technologies Group, we're seeking a skilled Technical Product Owner to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and deliverables to ensure successful product launches.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to promote collaborative environments and drive team productivity.
  • Coach team members in Agile methodologies and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and external communications, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with product owners to manage the product backlog and handle new requests, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to maintain team productivity and ensure product quality.
  • Develop product requirements, features, and user stories, and manage sprint backlogs to ensure successful product launches.
  • Lead product design and define go-to-market strategies to support product management and sales success.
  • Track and report product performance post-launch to evaluate future investments and inform product roadmap decisions.
