We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to join our Information Technology Services Division in the IT Shared Services Unit. This position is headquartered in Salem, Oregon, and offers opportunities for hybrid work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex IT projects from design to implementation, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to optimize resource allocation.
  • Review and finalize project deliverables before presenting to stakeholders.
  • Track team hours and expenses, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Establish documentation policies and procedures for software systems and data.
  • Participate in strategic planning with DOR ITS teams, focusing on workflow optimization across multiple systems and interfaces.
Requirements

To be considered, candidates must possess:

  • At least six years of experience in information systems, with specific requirements specified by the agency.
  • An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, accompanied by four years of relevant experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, paired with two years of experience.
  • A Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field may substitute for all prior requirements.
