About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Security Properties Residential. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of maintenance and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians in diagnosing and repairing issues with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other systems
  • Schedule and monitor maintenance activities, including routine inspections and repairs
  • Respond to work order requests from residents and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and work with outside contractors as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in apartment maintenance
  • Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills
