We are seeking a Housing Eligibility Coordinator to join our team at Park City Communities. In this role, you will review active residents, verify continuing resident eligibility, and calculate rent based on resident income and HUD regulations.

The estimated hourly salary for this position is $20.55 - $25.64, depending on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of clerical experience, and a clear understanding of HUD regulations and guidelines.

As a Housing Eligibility Coordinator, you will perform clerical tasks, monitor policies and procedures, and communicate with residents and colleagues. You will also maintain accurate records, track rent payments, and ensure compliance with Housing Authority standards.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm. Benefits include State of CT 2.0 Partnership Healthcare Plan w/ HEP + Dental & Vision, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and more.
