We are seeking a dedicated Psihchiatric Rehabilitation Counselor to join our team at Wellspring, a renowned mental health organization in Louisville.

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our full-time employees and their families enjoy excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and a 401(K) retirement plan with employer match.
Job Responsibilities:
This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to provide safety, support, and well-being to clients, maintaining integrity and security of the facility and property. Key responsibilities include providing supportive counseling and crisis intervention, advising on-call staff, and monitoring medication administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
Requirements:
- A high school degree or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- One year of experience in social service or mental health is necessary for those with a high school degree, while one year of experience in social service or mental health is desired for those with a Bachelor's degree.
