Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards.
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with the culinary team, management, and food and beverage service staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of new menu items and culinary initiatives.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of related work experience in a fast-paced culinary environment.
  • Technical, trade, or vocational school degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
