We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant English Spanish to support our client in Quincy, MA. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform word processing, data entry, and filing duties
  2. Answer phones, receive and direct visitors, and schedule appointments
  3. Assist with financial record keeping, obtain supplies, and distribute mail

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of office experience
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office

What We Offer:

  • Up to $32/hr competitive hourly rate
  • Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
  • Approximately 6+ months duration
